Sig. Argo Atal, the owner of the Castellargo Winery, will be featured at a wine dinner at 6:30 31 January at the unique Hae-Paul’s Restaurant, 79 S. 4th Street in Columbus.
Dinner and paired wines will delight the palate and the cost of $45 will please the pocketbook. And you’ll have an opportunity to practice and expand your knowledge of Italian!

Fruits, Cheeses and Charcuterie paired with Sprizzimo
Korean Stew – Bulgogi Meatballs, Taro Root, Leeks, Watercress, Pinenuts paired with Conti Pinot Grigio
(Yes – Italian wines pair well with more than just Italian foods!)
Salt Cod Brandade, Sage Tomato Emulsion paired with Castellargo “Albus” White Wine Blend
Braised Pork, Potato and Celery Root Puree, Chard paired with Castellargo “Rubeus” Red Wine Blend
and ending with a dolce!
